How can we pay partial amount of order using Ecommerce api?

I need to integrate E-Commerce API for Payment. I have checked "Pay for an order" api , but i don't know how to do Partial payment using this api or any other api. If anyone know anything , Please let me know. It will be very helpful.

There is currently no API that supports paying a partial amount for an order.
