Developer application rejected, what's next?

Hi, my developer application was rejected. Not sure about the reason. Would like to work with the concerned team and fix the issue. The website suggested to contact devrel@clover.com., so I've sent them an email. Our team is awaiting submission of our app, pending this approval. Is there a contact I could connect with, work with and resolve this quickly?
