"Developer Options" not appearing in Settings on 2018 Station Dev Kit

Attempting to enable ADB on a developer unit. Purchased a 2018 Station Dev Kit, and "Developer options" does not appear under the Settings app as explained on docs.clover.com. The server is https://sandbox.dev.clover.com (dev1). Any insight?

I realize the above post is for a mini but I think you need to do something similar on the Station 2018. Another link for reference:
