Web Apps Under Review for over 4 months

As the title states, a couple of apps have been submitted, but have been under review for the last 4 or so months. The last post I made got a response regarding the matter, but still no progress, unfortunately. Not sure if this is normal or not.

Is there still anything that can be done to expedite this process? Or still just wait it out?

It's absolutely worrying to read such posts, I am waiting since a month. This is bad from an economic standpoint, running costs for server etc. but no income from the app. Maybe Clover needs to add staff on this?
