We need to add every payment related logs, so we able trace the behavior on user side.

In production, you will not have access to a merchant's device logs. If you want to log information from your application you will need to handle that in your application (logging service, etc.).
Ok, you mean to say we need to save the logs on our server or we able save the logs in the file on clover device?
Saving the logs to your server is an option. You won't have access to the Clover device to obtain logs in production.
