Business EIN/Tax Id not saving

Hello,


I am trying to Resubmit our Application to be an approved developer and we are running into an issue. We have corrected all of the information in our Developer Settings except the Business EIN/Tax Id because the field wont save. We tried multiple times but could not get the field to save. Hopefully you could shine some light on this issue for us.
