It's quite often the case that questions are asked here, but they are redirected to the appmarket email address. Wouldn't it make sense to create a discussion space also for non-technical questions?

I think the issue here is that for some questions we need to involve developer relations. Developer relations already had a ticketing system that manages emails, etc. If we had the same mechanism here they would have to manage both places.
