1) The remote application id will be generated in the developer dashboard when you create a new app:

1) Login to your developer dashboard

2) Create a new app

3) Enter info in the first dialog (app name, regions).

4) Select App settings (left nav)

5) Select the pencil icon next to App Type

6) Select yes for "Is this app an integration of an existing point of sale?"

7) Select generate RAID

Sorry, i didn't catch the second point.

For example, You own a restaurant, and i provide an POS app on your restaurant name and you have installed your POS app (developed by us) on clover flex. Now, you took payment directly from your POS app (developed by us).

Now, this money will be directly deposit to Restaurant Account or Developer Bank Account ?

Please note: Our App is not metered or subscribed app, it is Free APP

Payment processed in our app, Now who will get that money ? Either to Developer account or Account registered for that clover device ?

Payments are processed on behalf of the merchant, not the developer. The merchant gets the money.

Your app can't take payments directly. You can initiate a card-present payment which will invoke various Clover applications to complete the process, with interaction from the merchant.
