Pin debit configuration error - Remote key injection service failed

Merchant is receiving error on the device saying Pin debit configuration error there was an issue configuring pin acceptance on this device .

I try running a Payment diagnostics test on our help app on the device everything show successful except for - REMOTE KEY INJECTION SERVICE- Status = RKI on Board Failed with following exception: 499 Application error

Have you tried rebooting the device?

we try reboot, and also we did factory reset and issue still continue
