test EBT payment in sandbox

Hello,


Is it possible to test EBT payment in sandbox? I installed EBT app and tried to use EBT as tender. However, it asks me to swipe a Cash Benefit Card. I tried some credit cards but that did not work. I am using a Mini Dev Kit.
