I am having trouble assigning sandbox merchants to a sandbox application for testing the Pet Wants application. Can you please provide instructions on how to install a REST app on a sandbox merchant account?

Login as your developer and under your application select the "Market Listing" link. Then select the "PREVIEW IN APP MARKET" link. A new page will be displayed where you can install the app.
