Trouble creating sandbox account

You may be experiencing a technical issue with the sandbox account creation process. Contact the Clover support team for assistance in resolving the error and successfully creating your sandbox account.

If you do not see the option to add a sandbox account under iOS settings, make a sandbox purchase in your app. Apple will show a popup to enter login details, then you will see your account in iOS settings.

I also often have this problem, and not solve yet. does anyone have a solution to it?
