Creating Orders Dashboard

I am working remotely and cannot bring my DevKit with me. Is there a way to create a set of orders remotely from the DevMerchant Dashboard or the Developer Dashboard for testing? Or can we only create Orders thru the DevKit?

No not through the web.

You can create an Android emulator on your computer and create orders from that.

You could also create orders through the API.
