Mini Dev. Kit has gone dark

Hello,

I have a Clover mini dev kit that has gone dark. The dev kit will not come on no matter how many times I unplug it and replug it and tap on it. Also the computer has stopped recognizing it. I think there is a hardware malfunction. I have written to dev@clover.com but received no response.

Is there any warranty on these dev kits. Any help will be appreciated from Clover.

Hey, @wsadiq. I'm sorry to hear about your Mini Dev Kit not powering on. Please check out this handy troubleshooting guide for the Mini and follow the steps outlined there.

If the Mini still won't power on after following the Mini troubleshooting guide, contact Clover Support.
