Mini Dev. Kit has gone dark

Hello,

I have a Clover mini dev kit that has gone dark. The dev kit will not come on no matter how many times I unplug it and replug it and tap on it. Also the computer has stopped recognizing it. I think there is a hardware malfunction. I have written to dev@clover.com but received no response.

Is there any warranty on these dev kits. Any help will be appreciated from Clover.
