Refund status "FAIL" but no reason provided

I would like to know the reason for refund failure on a transaction. The response doesn't contain a reason, probably related to a bug acknowledged in another question.

Hi @growthzilla

This is a bug where the refund failure message is not being passed back to PaymentConnector to provide in the RefundPaymentResponse. Clover support has filed a bug report for this issue.

Currently, there is no way to get the failure message from a failed refund. But If you are using Android Studio then you can only see the reason of failure in Logcat, Verbose section when your device is connected to Android Studio in debugging mode.
