On https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/testing-apks#section--upload-your-first-apk- where it instructs `The android:minSdkVersion attribute in your AndroidManifest.xml has a value of 17 or less.` Shouldn't that say to set the value in build.gradle ?
