Unable to use Miracast option that displays in the Pull Down Menu on Clover Mini, is this a usable function on the device?

See attached image of what Im referring too in regards to the Miracast Option that is displayed in the pull down menu of the Clover Mini. When clicking the option to enable it appears to go into the search mode scanning for a compatible wireless display or another Miracast enabled device however I have never been able to see any devices while scanning nor do any Miracast enabled devices see the Clover Mini. Has anybody had any success with this feature.
