Clover Pay Response Missing failure message sometimes.

Sometimes, I can't get the failure message in the response from clover pay when the result is "DECLINE".
Could you help me figure out what the real reason is?

Could you please provide a screenshot of a response with the missing failure message? Additionally can you please provide a code snippet of the code which is yielding the error?
