Disable Prompting of Sale Amount Screen on Clover Mini

In Clover Mini and Clover Mini 2nd Gen, when a card is inserted into the EMV reader it prompts in the below screen.We've noticed that this sudden invocation will happen if this action is taken from anywhere in the Clover Mini.

Is there anyway we can override this behavior, and disable prompting of this 'Sale' screen while a customer is using our app?
