Private app not sent to associated devices

We're unable to associate devices to the merchant (it says "merchant not found"), and devices which are already associated with the merchant don't have the app installed at all. We've tried rebooting the device which is already associated, and tried to associate a new device. None of this has worked.

Sounds like two separate problems,

1. Your device isn't associated with a merchant.
and
2. Your app isn't being installed to devices.

For (1), go to sandbox.dev.clover.com/developers, login, and click the "Dev Kit" tab. There you can associate your device with a merchant.

For (2), you want to go to your developer console and go to the "Merchants" tab. Create a merchant group, add your test merchant(s) to the group, and add your app(s) to the group.
