Getting decline error for the transactions with debit card

Hi Team,

We are getting transaction decline error while doing sale transaction using debit cards. But there is no issue with the credit card flow.

Please let us know what could cause this issue?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

You will need to provide a little more details than just letting us know you're getting declines.

What's the error message you're getting?
Are you using any 3rd party software?

Is it all debit cards or EMV enabled cards or specific brands (PLUS, NYCE, etc)

What device are you using?
Have you've tried another device (if you have one) on your same merchant ID account?
