Account lost?

Up until yesterday I was able to get into the community section, forums, and sandbox. Today I went to rebuild my test VM and found that everything was gone. I had to create a "new" account, which I did using the same login I was using before, although now your systems think it's brand new. Did you folks have some kind of system anomaly? I need to get some testing done. Who do I talk to to get this fixed?

There's no connection between your merchant / developer account on sandbox and your community account here. We would not have deleted your accounts. Can you provide the old merchant ID or developer ID you say was deleted, and the new ID you signed up with again?
