Clover Mini losing connection multiple times a day

We have 3 production Clover Minis that are disconnecting multiple times a day. We are using the remote-pay-cloud node.js library, and the Secure Network Pay Display. Do the devices go to sleep? The devices need to stay connected during the business day, are there settings that need to be adjusted for this to happen?

Hi @mendozamt,

As long as SNPD is open, your devices shouldn't go to sleep. Do you have someone who can speak to what exactly is happening at the time of the disconnection?
