DevKit factory reset

There was an issue configuring secure payments. Please contact support.

I tried creating a new developer account and activating under that account but the problem persists. I am also getting a "Tamper Detected" so I may just be out of luck. If anyone can help save the unit I would greatly appreciate it!

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Had a similar issue. Along with a notification to say I would be sent a replacement device. No such luck!

A tampered device means that PIN entry has been disabled for your device. Do not factory reset the device at this point because then will be unable to proceed pass the activation screen. For more information, please see the last bullet point in DevKit Troubleshooting.
