Getting Started integrating Clover with legacy POS

Hi!
I am newbie to CLover comunity and I wanna know or address me to right direction how to integrate clover devices to work with my own POS. I am a developer POS software and I wanna integrate the clover pads to accept payments into my POS so where I must begin ?
