We have a application where we use clover flex barcode for scan product.
Compared to clover mobile, clover flex is taking much time to scan the barcode.
Is there any way to improve performance ?
Can you send a picture of the barcode you are trying to scan?
Hi @kutbi,
I was unable to reproduce your issue, there was no performance difference when I used a Clover flex vs other Clover devices. Can you provide more details? How big is the difference, and is the comparison done in the same lighting conditions with the same barcode?

In my experience - ensuring there is a lot of white space around the qr (I am using) code is the answer
