Test account not created correctly

I was trying to create a test account using the steps here:

https://www.clover.com/en-US/help/create-a-test-account

When I get to the dashboard, it doesn't appear as expected based on the above page: "You can verify that you are logged in to your test account by checking that the Clover logo is yellow and that the URL in the address bar starts with “sandbox”.", neither of which are true. Also, when I login, I can only access the "Authorize billing" page (/onboarding).

I ran through the onboarding and was able to log in, you have to accept the authorize billing, it will not charge you anything as it is a test account. I will sync with merchant doc team to see if we can update some things on documentation
