The manual payments option for our devices is suddenly missing. We are not able to enter credit card information manually. Is this something that is currently being worked on? Thanks!
I already did, they were not able to help me. I am a developer for the third-party app where these issues are occurring. Can anyone please help me with this?
One thing that I tried is provisioning the device to another merchant and it worked but when I provision it back to the original merchant the 'type card button' disappears again.
I did encounter this error message when I first provisioned the device to a different merchant from the original. After rebooting the error message went away and it operated as expected.
Could this be due to configurations set on the Fiserv side?
