Received suspicious email regarding developer account

I received a suspicious email regarding my developer account.
If any of the admins can" chime in, is this email legit? Everything was approved and verified "Verified on 02/17/2017 at 5:41 AM"

I do believe they use intercom for their developer relations support messaging/ticket management (hence the weird email), but receiving this message would imply that someone actually works in the Clover developer relations team, which I find to be unlikely.
