Is there an API that allows for the lookup and verification, and then redemption of a clover gift card?
The situation: We use clover as our pos system. We would like to begin using the Clover Gift Card feature and sell them in store.
We have an online portal by which our customer can book an event in which they pay part or whole of the event through the portal. This portal does not use Clover to process the transaction.
We would like however, to be able to allow customers to use a clover gift card through the online portal. My thought was if there was a Gift Card Api, our portal would look up the gift card verify the amount, and when the customer checkouts redeem the gift card for some amount, applying the rest of the transaction the way we currently have it setup.
So my question is this possible with the current api's available for use?
