Clover Manual Refund

looking at the docs, just wanna verify if we can do manual refund via api?

app requirement of ours is we needed to execute this programmatically.

You should not be using the Developer Pay API. The API available for card not present refunds is outlined here - https://docs.clover.com/docs/ecommerce-refunding-payments.
