Is anyone else having issue with their integrated iFrame having all transaction attempts come back with error:

This started on April 10, 2024 and still no resolution from level 3 tech support. We had a case created on Tuesday the 10th but still no word or update except 'we're looking into it'. Has anyone else experienced Clover tech support that gives you no information on a critical item?
Just leaving us very frustrated. Tried to talk with a supervisor and was told I should receive a call back in 24 to 48 hours!
