Android API 29 restriction

I was upgrading my application to use API 34 and comply with all restrictions and I see that Clover doesn't support any API further than 29. Is there a logic explanation for this behavior?

I think there should not be a restriction on our targetSDKVersion as it shouldn't affect how Clover ROM work. Really appreciate al the work you guys are doing!!
