I'm developing android application which have invoice, estimate and agreement order. If user click on payment so he can make payment just as we do using apple pay or google pay or using NFC.
Is any way we can use clover payment integration without need clover device. Can we achieve using clover SDK or API's in android device?

If you are planning to have the app downloaded on the clover device by merchant, they need a device. To properly test your android integration you will need a device. I would recommend reviewing our docs.
Virtual Terminal if a product on the the merchant dashboard. If you want to build an ecomm solution you need to take a look at our ecomms apis or hosted checkout apis.
