How to update clover apps in sandbox

I have developer devices, mobile and station, connected to our sandbox account. In the App Market, on the Register app page I see the following:
Release Updates: Available version: 1.0-1316, Installed Version: 1.0-1316.
If I follow the link "See all versions", I will see that the latest release update is 1.0-1321, published 13-Mar-2017. "Sync" button doesn't cause any update. Also, device restart and clearing Register cache didn't help me to get the latest version.

We have release account in clover.com, not sandbox, too. As I see on the Register page there, the latest version is Version 1.0-1331Uploaded 03-17-2017.
How can I get the latest Register version now and in the future? https://www.clover.com/developers/dev... doesnt contain any links now.

Your device should automatically download the latest version available to you for all installed apps. App developers can choose which version of their app installs to merchants as a the default APK. When an app developer uploads a new app version, it does not get installed to all merchants until the developer choose that version as the "default." For example, some developers use merchant groups to test higher versions of their apps with select merchants before it's widely available, so you may see higher app versions than what's available to you.
