Displaying some identifying information about customer

Our merchants select our application by clicking on the button our application represents when they are on the payment screen. When they click our application, they can select a customer and then that customer is attached to the order.

Is it possible to display some identifying information about the attached customer on the payment screen?

Our users have constantly requested this feature but I am not sure if there is anyway to display some customer information, if available, when on the register screen or the payment screen.

Unfortunately, our Secure Pay screen when accepting payment cannot be customized due to security reasons.

I understand. However, it would be nice to provide a text area where some application messages could be displayed in a secure manner.
