secure network pay display

I have a issue with Clover Mini 3rd Generation and Flex 3rd Generation.
it connect to our POS via Secure Network Pay Display and it got disconnected and can't connect again, when i check the ip on both clover and pos are still the same and it just can't get connected again.

Is there a particular error message you are getting? Did anything change?
