It seems like updating a quantity is not supported and if I try to remove the line item and add it back with a new quantity weird things start to happen and the USB Pay Display crashes.

I figured it out. Have to loop through and updating quantities manually, if a line item is removed altogether then call displayOrderLineItemRemoved if there is still a quantity left then call displayOrder instead.
