Void a partial payment fails

Hello

We have some logs where the void partial payment is failing. What are the reasons for this? Why would a partial payment refund / void would fail.

Note: We have a void reason set to USR_CANCEL. Could it impact the result of the void process?

I have some updates based on the logs from last weekend:
Void failed! Reason: Void was null - Status: FAIL
