Why do we get timestamp error ?

 "code": 400, "message": "{\"message\":\"Cannot parse '19/10/23' as timestamp for field modifiedTime\"}" } 
is clover only uses certain timestamp?

Yea, Clover uses Milliseconds since Epoch, so October 19, 2023 will be 1697688000000
