Can not verify our developer account

We can not verify our developer account. Whenever we enter information into the required fields and click save, nothing we enter gets updated.


This seems to be a common issue but no answers are available here to fix this. Can someone assist us on this please.

You can't verify developer accounts in Sanbox. This is only applicable in Production.
