Delay in Clover Mini response when taking a payment

We are developing a semi-integrated app using RemotePayCloud. The CloudPay Display app is enabled. We notice that when the Clover Mini is "awake" that it receives payments from us very quickly. However, during a period of inactivity (normal in a store environment), when you take a payment when the device screen is black, it takes 5-8 seconds for the screen to wake up and display the payment. Is there a setting on the device to prevent it from going to sleep?

Another helpful suggestion would be that if the sleep setting max time could be increased from 30 minutes to something like 2 hours. Or maybe add a "Never" setting.

The setting on the device is only available from developer options (not available in a production device). We have entered an issue for this to see if it can be resolved in the general case.

A temporary workaround is to change the message on the device at a minimum every ten minutes.
