Why are orders made with an online clover payment gateway not visible on the device?

We have a merchant who sells a monthly product that can be subscribed to and mailed to them. their website uses a clover payment gateway to tie directly in and uses shopventory/thrive to fully manage the inventory. when they make an online order and they try to view it in the orders app, it crashes the app. This happens only when viewing the online orders generated from that payment gateway only and never from the normal in store orders.

I am unable to reproduce the error, please email

developer-relations@devrel.clover.com with your developer ID, app ID, send the device logs along with the time you sent them, order ID and what API was used to complete the charge.

Helllo,

The merchant's online orders from the Clover payment gateway cause crashes in the Orders app, while in-store orders work fine. This issue should be reported to the Clover community for assistance with troubleshooting and resolving the problem.
