Does the v3 get orders API include all orders?

Hi, I'm using the v3 get orders API to get all of the orders for my merchant but it seems low (by like a factor of 4). Does this include orders from delivery apps, online direct orders, merchant app orders, and walk-in orders? If not, is there a way to get orders across all sources?

V3 get orders will return all orders. If you expand on the orderType, it will tell you additional information about the order like the order label (i.e. Dine-in)
