How to send PUSH Notification from clover to mobile and Vice-Versa ?

We need to send some information using notification from clover to mobile app and vice-versa. Can we use firebase for notification in clover to mobile ? If we can't so what is the alternative method to send notification, please suggest us.

Clover APIs offers the ability to send device and app notification:
