Modifier items not printing using REST API

Hi,

We are using Clover print REST API to print orders,
Ref Doc: https://docs.clover.com/docs/printing-orders-rest-api

It was working fine but yesterday we got a print without modifier items, although the order and items are showing fine in clover admin.

Please suggest if anything is required from our end, I checked the API and implemented it correctly.

I was unable to reproduce the error. My request printed just fine. Can you attempt again and see if the error is still there.

The link https://docs.clover.com/docs/printing-orders-rest-api 1212 was already mentioned in the question. And yes, our API is implemented correctly too.

Hi, how are you submitting your orders? Are you using the PLATFORM API and/or ATOMIC orders? If so, are you seeing any throttling?

I've seen on occasion, with orders that have more than a few modifiers, that they can get throttled and if we print prior to the whole order being submitting, including the modifiers you'll see it printing out a partial order. If you go back after some time and send the print job again, do you see all the items and modifiers printing correctly?

I am running into this same issue. Only orders with modifiers (so far in my testing) that are ATOMIC orders can't print. Atomic orders without modifiers can print. Suggestions...?
