Unable to send print request to merchant's default printer when Cloud Pay Display is open

Hi, just recently, when we have a Flex setup with an Order Printer, and we send a print request via the Api here https://docs.clover.com/reference/ordercreateprintevent-3, and Cloud Pay Display is open, the print job is stuck in the CREATED status.

When we exit from Cloud Pay Display, the print job is immediately printed. This seems to have happened sometime after version 1.0-490.

Is there a workaround, or a fix for this so we don't need to close Cloud Pay Display in order to print jobs Via the "Submit a print request to the merchant's default order printer"?

Fyi, the space that is required below, didn't include PLATFORM API, but this should have been the space that we would have submitted to.

Thanks! Bryan, it was working fine until two weeks ago and affecting all our merchants, what's the ETA to get it fixed?

Hey, sorry we are still looking into this feature. Can you tell me the flow and the use case of using the print events?

Ensure that you have the latest version of Cloud Pay Display installed. Check for any available updates and install them if necessary.

Clear the cache and data of the Cloud Pay Display app. This can help resolve any temporary issues or conflicts that may be causing the print job to get stuck.

Restart both the Flex setup and the device running Cloud Pay Display. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve unexpected issues.

Contact the support team or developers of the software you're using (Clover or Order Printer) for further assistance. They should have more specific knowledge about the issue and be able to provide guidance or a potential fix.

Hi, @Myers4G thanks for the response.

When you open Cloud Pay Display on the Flex, the options for Clear Storage and Clear Cache are greyed out (disabled).

"Clear the cache and data of the Cloud Pay Display app. This can help resolve any temporary issues or conflicts that may be causing the print job to get stuck."

The version of the Cloud Pay Display is 1.0-490, which is the latest.

I did a reset on the device, hard reboot and still have the same issue, the print jobs are stuck in queue until Cloud Pay Display is closed.
