Not able to print using clover integration

Hello,


We use Clover API to send our online orders into the clover system and initiate prints in the kitchen. From past 3 weeks we are getting a print response but the orders are not getting printed in the kitchen.

When we make the above call , we are getting a print complete response

Did you check the print settings? The call that you put there was for the sandbox. That will not work for production.
