Issue with order and tax

We have set up a default tax in the clover account, and the default tax is turned on for every line item, but still, when we take orders from the clover device, it shows us tax is removed in the order receipt.

in Clover.com portal, go to "account & setup", followed by selecting "business operations" and go to "Taxes & Fees" in this selection you should see three headings , select SETTINGS and make sure there is no check mark indicated (slected) in "allow taxes or fees to be removed from an order" THIS MUST NOT BE check marked .

This should correct the issue and if it does not i suggest (when you are at customer site) you call First Data merchant support and select Clover tech support , have them login to customer CLOVER portal as well have them login to device affected .
